WHEREAS, Part 51, of Subtitle D of Title 31, of
the Federal Regulation, amended October, 1975, authorizes the
expenditure of Revenue Sharing Funds for the acquisition of
property for a Cor~lunity Center; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County CoI~%issioners has.made a
purchase offer for the Gardiner School Property, and said offer
has been accepted by the present owner; and
WHEREAS, said property will be utilized for a Community
Services Cen~er.;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be
and she is hereby authorized to draft a warrant in the amount
f $21,000.00 from the Federal Revenue Sharing Funds for the
purchase of the Gardiner School Property, Gardiner, Jefferson
County, Washington for use by the County for a Community Center.
