5'his matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Road
Engineer's report with respect to the vacation set forth in
"Petition for Vacation of a County road" submitted by Mr. and
Mrs. Carl E. Watts, and it appearing to the Board of County
Con~issioners that notice of hearing upon said Engineer's
report has been posted and published for the time and in the
manner provided by law, proof of such posting and publication·
being now on file herein, and said Board having the other
evidence adduced, and being fully advised in the promises
does now find and determine
That the public will be benefited by the vacation thereof,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED
THAT that portion of Carroll Avenue lying adjacent to Lots
2, 3, and 4 of Block 5, and
Adjacent to lots 1,2,3 and 4 in Block 14 of Gise's
Addition on Carroll Avenue -'No access to water.
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned.
ADOPTED this~h day of October, 1976.
