INTENT TO VACATE
WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this
Board of County Commissioners that it is not in the public
interest to continue to have the following described right -of
way a part of the County Road System:
That reserved right -of -way in the Ni of the NE
and the Ni of the SEa of the NE; of Section 18,
Twnshp. 28N, R1 East, W.M.
BE IT RESOVED, and this Board of County Commissioners
aces now declare its intent to vacate said right -of -way and be
it
FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Engineer is hereby
directed to examine said right -of -way and report his opinion as
to whether this real estate should be vacated; whether any is
in use or has been in use; the conditions thereof, and all
other facts, matters and things which will be of importance to
the Board, and that such report be filed as soon as practicable.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December, 1976.
