WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
Washington, did on the 8th day of November, 1976, declare that an
emergency existed to provide funds for CETA employees whose expendi-
turves are reimbursable under the Comprehensive Employment and Training
Act; and
WHEREAS, on said date a specific time and day were set on
which, to hold a public hearing on the emergency appropriation and
notice of said hearing was published for one week as required by law;
and
WHEREAS, this being the time, date and place set for said
hearing;
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners, that there be and there is hereby appropriated the sum of
$5,625.50 in unexpended funds to provide for the aforementioned
emergency; and ibe it
FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is here-
by empowered to draw warrants against the accounts listed on the
attached sheet, no% exceeding the gross amounts so appropriated unless
a review is applied for within five days from date hereof.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of November, 1976.
