WHEREAS, by Contract for Treasurer's Deed dated September
7, 19U7, certain real property was purchased from Jefferson
County by J.C. Phillips~ and'
WHEREAS, that Contract included a reservation for right--.
of-way easement for all public k$~hways which may be constructed
by the authority of the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson
County, and
WHEREAS, Jefferson County has no plans for construction of
a highway on the said property and there is no foreseeable need of
that property for highway purposes., and with no foreseeable need
of the proper:ty for highway purposes the easement has no value
to Jefferson County;
NOW TttEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that Jefferson County
shall convey by Quit Claim Deed its easement for highway purposes
over and across the real property, described below, %o Fre~ Saskell
and' Ellen Gaskell.his wife, the successor in title to J.C. Phillips.
The said real property is described as follows:
that.reserved-ri.gh~rof.-way a.~fe.c, ting the N½ of the NE¼
and the N½ of the SE¼ NE¼ of Section 18 T28N, R 1E WM
County of Jefferson, State of Washington.
