ORDER OF VACATION
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Road
Engineer's report with respect to the vacation set forth in
"Petition for Vacation of a County Road" submitted by D. Leaf,
J. Shold, and M. Orth, and it appearing to the Board of County
Con~issioners that notice of hearing upon said Engineer's report
has been posted and published for the time and in the manner
provided by law, proof of such posting and publication being now
on file herein, and said Board having the other evidence adduced,
and being fully advised in the promises does now find and determine
That the public will be benefited by the vacation
thereof,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED
THAT
that road commencing at the corner of Maple Street
and Stevens Street, heading West on Stevens Street, a
a 60' right-of-way for a distance of 600'. together with
lots 7 through 12, Block 11; lots 7 through 12, Block
12; lots 1 through 3, that portion of lot 5 north of
County Road No. 18, and lot 14 in Block 5; lots 1
through 8 and.10 through 16 in Block 4, all situate in
Harrisburg Addition to Irondale.
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned.
