COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 416
BEFORE THE BOARD OF JEFFERSON COUNTY COK'IISSIONERS OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
In the matter of initiating a county road project designated as C.R.P. 416
It is _hereby resolved that the Linger Longer Road, County Road No. 28 Rogers#,Street)
State Road Log # 29050 , from Milepoint 0.00 to Milepoint
be improved as follows: Intersection improvement (Spot Improvement)
Rogers Street and State Highway 101 by realigning, grading, draining and surfacing.
It is further resolved that an appropriation from the officially adopted road fund
budget and based on the county engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts
and for the purpose shown:

Construction: Contract 0 $ 5,000.00
County Forces

This project is included in the officially adopted annual road program
as Item d` 4
The project is hereby made a part of the officially adopted annual road
program in accordance with RCW 36,81.130.
It is further resolved that:
OThe construction is to be accomplished by contract in accordance with
R.C.W. 36.77.020 et. seq.
The construction is to be accomplished by county forces in accordance
® with R.C.W. 36.77/060 and WAC 136 -18.
