Do not open attachments or click on links if you are not expecting them. ________________________________ Greetings Commissioners, I am writing to inquire about the use of funds in the DOC Shelter Program Grant that went into effect in August 2020. Bayside appreciates the reimbursements and the workings of this grant as it has made it possible to house several families. There are families currently occupying all of the rooms dedicated to this grant. We are nearing the balance of the "post-occupancy operation fund" of $125,237 (balance is <$1000) and are requesting that the remaining "pre-occupancy" funds be allocated to the operational costs of these rooms and families. I believe that this is an expectable usage of the funds under section 3 of the guidelines. Please let me know if we can precede with reimbursement billing for the currently families using the remaining balance of the funds. If you need clarification or have any questions, please reach out to me.
