JEFFERSON COUNTY ASSESSOR
VOL 20 f~G~ 26
ENGINEER'S REPORT OF EXAMINATION
STATE OF WASHINGTON
COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
To the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners
The County Engineer of Jefferson County, has examined the platted alley in Block 34 of Eisenbeis Bay View
Addition petitioned by Miles and Barbara Soskin to be vacated and abandoned, and herewith submits the
following report thereon:
This alley was platted on April 4, 1890, in the plat of Eisenbeis Bay View Addition. There has never
been a road constructed on this right of way, nor has it been opened for public use, since it was
platted; it is therefore vacated by statute. It is recommended the Board of County Commissioners
concur with statutory vacation.
