WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners desires to remove this cloud on title to
the real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the dedicated platted roads more particularly
described above have been vacated by operation of law and Jefferson County asserts no claim of

NGINEER'S REPORT OF EXAMINATION
STATE OF WASHINGTON
COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
To the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners
The County Engineer of Jefferson County, has examined the county right of way known as
That portion of platted, unopened Phillips Avenue being 60 feet in width lying east of the easterly margin
of platted Sophia Street and west of the westerly margin of platted Elizabeth Street in Phillips Bay View
Addition, as recorded at page 87 of Volume 2 of Plats, records of Jefferson County, Washington; along with
that portion of platted, unopened Louisa Street being 60 feet in width and lying south of the southerly margin
of platted Thomas Street and north of the plat boundary in said plat,
and petitioned by Don and JoAnn Cooper to be vacated and abandoned, and herewith submits the following report
thereon:
This street was platted on June 10, 1890, in the plat of Phillips Bay View Addition. There has never been
a road constructed on this right of way, nor has it been opened for public use, since it was platted; it is
therefore vacated by statute. It is recommended the Board of County Commissioners concur with statutory
vacation.
