STATE OF WASHINGTON
County of Jefferson
IN THE MATTER OF AN INCREASE }
TO THE PETTY CASH FUND IN THE }
HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT}
RESOLUTION NO. 12-94
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Health and Human Services
Department has requested an increase in their Petty Cash Fund from the amount of
$100.00 established by Resolution No. 26-93, to the sum of $120.00, to cover cash
transactions in their office in a timely manner; and
WHEREAS, it appears an increase as requested in the Health and Human
Services Petty Cash Fund by the sum of $20.00 is necessary in order to conduct the
affairs of the office in a prompt and orderly manner; now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby
authorized to issue a Treasurer's check in the amount of $20.00 payable to the
Jefferson County Health and Human Services Department for the purpose of increasing
their Petty Cash Fund balance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the subject matter hereof is one to
meet needs and this Resolution shall be in force and take effect without further notice
or hearing.
