Marina View Drive & Harbor Drive x
To Heron Road x
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has been
petitioned to change the name of Marina View Drive, from M.P. 0.18 to 0.36,
and Harbor Drive, from M.P. 0.19 to 0.30, certain private roads located in
section 16, Township 28 North, Range 1 East, W.M., to Heron Road, as shown
on attached Exhibit "A", and
WHEREAS, the approximate length of Heron Road is 0.56 miles starting
at Oak Bay Road at M.P. 8.86, and
WHEREAS, a majority of property owners using said road are in
agreement regarding changing the name,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the road shall be changed to
Heron Road.

WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, representing a majority of the real
property owners, addressed along saidroad, named:
Portion of Harbor Drive from its intersection at Oak Bay Rd
to approx. 200 feet east of the intersection with Marina
View Drive (Gu If)
do hereby petition the Honorable Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners to change the name of said road to:
