WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has been
petitioned to change the name of Marina View Drive from M.P. 0.36 to 0.56,
a certain private road located in Section 16, Township 28 North, Range 1
East, W.M., to Gull Drive, as shown on attached Exhibit "A", and
WHEREAS, the approximate length of Gull Drive is 0.19 miles starting
at Heron Road at M.P. 0.17, and
WHEREAS, a majority of property owners using said road are in
agreement regarding changing the name,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the road shall be changed to
