RESOLUTION NO.
22-94
WHEREAS, the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners wishes to establish a
Capital Facilities Project Development Team; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has responsibility for the
development of the Capital Facilities element of the Jefferson County Comprehensive
Plan;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the responsibilities and duties of
the Capital Facilities Project Development Team shall be to participate in the process
of development of the Capital Facilities Plan by assisting in developing level of service
standards for county and non-county providers, identification of service areas for
facilities, and financing and operation of facilities of regional significance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Capital Facilities Project Development
Team shall be in effect for the duration of the development of the Capital Facilities
element of the Jefferson County Comprehensive Plan, and for that period of time only.
