WHEREAS, a petition signed by ten or more freeholders has been received by
Board of County Commissioners setting forth that it is in the public interest to
maintain as a part of the County Road System the following roads in the vicinity of
their residences:
Those roads known as St. James Place and Boardwalk Place, lying in the plat
of Bishop Gardens, as recorded at Page 203 of Volume 6 of Plats, records of
Jefferson County, Washington;
and in contemplation of the language of Statute RC.W. 36.81,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners does now hereby direct the County Road Engineer to examine said
roads and report his opinion as to the necessity of the roads, as to the proper
terminal points and length thereof, and all other facts, matters and things which will
be of importance to the Board; and that such reports be filed as soon as possible.

HEARING to be held March 28,1994, at 11:15 a.m. o'clock at the Jefferson
County Courthouse.
