RESOLUTION NO.
37-94
WHEREAS, Jefferson County has adopted a number of ordinances, rules
and procedures in which the Director of the Planning and Building Department was
assigned formal administrative duties, and;
WHEREAS, the Planning and Building Department has been re-organized
with the land use permitting function moved to the Development Review Section of the
Jefferson County Permit Center, under the direction of the Division Manager, and;
NOw, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that for all Jefferson County
ordinances pertaining to land use and development which identifies a formal
administrative authority, the administrative authority henceforth shall mean the Manager
of the Development Review Section of the Permit Center.
