IN THE MA TIER OF DECREASING THE PETTY }
CASH AMOUNT FOR JEFFERSON COUNTY } RESOLUTION NO.~-94
PLANNING DEPARTMENT/LONG RANGE PLANNING}
DIVISION
WHEREAS, Jefferson County Planning Department Long Range Planning
Division has a petty cash account established at $250.00 and they have requested that
the amount be decreased to $150.00; and
WHEREAS, it appears that decreasing this Petty Cash to the sum of
$150.00 is necessary due to changes in the structure of the Planning Department; now,
therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Department is hereby authorized to
return the amount of $100.00 to the Jefferson County Treasurer for the purpose of
decreasing the amount of their Petty Cash.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the subject matter hereof is one to
meet needs and this Resolution shall be in force and take effect without further notice
or hearing.
