WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has been
petitioned to change the name of Vancouver Drive from M.P. 0.00 to 0.12,
a certain county road located in Section 32 , Township 30 North, Range 1
west, W.M., to Vancouver Lane, as shown on attached Exhibit "A", and
WHEREAS, the approximate length of Vancouver Drive is 0.12 miles
starting at Olympic Blvd. at M.P. 3.98, and
WHEREAS, a majority of property owners using said road are in
agreement regarding changing the name,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the road shall be changed to
Vancouver Lane.
