COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION

RESOLUTION NO.~94
WHEREAS, a petition was filed with the Board of Fire Commissioners of
Jefferson County Fire Protection District #3 for the annexation of certain lands and;
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Jefferson County Fire
Protection District #3 have passed Resolution No. 94-008, pursuant to RCW 52.04.031
and 52.04.041, held the required pub1ic hearing and voted' that the annexation be
approved.
NOw, THEREFORE BE IT RESOL VED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Jefferson County, that all the lands situated in Jefferson County as
described in the attached Exhibit A & B, be and are hereby annexed to Jefferson
County Fire Protection District #3.
BE IT FURTHER RESOL VED, that Resolution No. 50-94, approved April
25, 1994 is hereby repealed and re~ced.
