WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has been
petitioned to establish the name of a certain private road located in
Section 11, Township 25 North, Range 2 West, W.M., as shown on attached
Exhibit "A", and
WHEREAS, a majority of property owners using said road are in
agreement regarding the name,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the road shall be named Towhee
Lane.

RE:
Petition to Name Road
and Location Thereof
An old wooden hanging sign reading "Canal View Highlands" and an
'official' brown stake "lith white lettering, reading "Jaunita Drive"
designate the origin of the road we wish to name. This road exits
Hwy 101, approximately 1 to l~ miles south of Brinnon and 1 mile
north of milepost 308 ina westerly direction (1) on map.
Jaunita Drive veers to the right up the hill a few hundred feet and
then meanders left to what I believe is the Lammers addition or tracts.

The road which we wish to name leaves Jaunita Drive as it veers left
and ascends the hill t~the right (3) meandering past ~e driveways
@ f-°f myself, my daughterWVicky Hardie, my sister-in-law~Bawra
Hardie, ending at the driveway or turn around of Rich IrishY all
of whom have signed the Petition to name this private road, Towhee
Drive, Linnea Drive or Linnea Court.
