IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Boardwalk Place, County Road No. 679309,
from M.P. 0.00 to M.P. 0.12 , and St. James Place, County Road No. 679509, from M.P.
0.00 to M.P. 0.19 be improved as follows:
Widen and resurface with Bituminous Surface Treatment.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted road fund
budget and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purpose shown:

The construction is to be accomplished by contract in accordance with RC.W. 36.77.020 et.
seq.

accordance with RC.W. 36.77.060 and W.A.C. 136.18.
