IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Gibbs Lake Road, County Road No. 517509,
from M.P. 0.00 to M.P. 0.30 , Sommerville Road, County Road No. 534309, from M.P. 0.00
to M.P. 0.25, Birch Court, County Road No. 200609, from M.P. 0.00 to M.P. 0.04, Cedar
Court, County Road No. 635009, from M.P. 0.00 to 0.05, and Mt. Jupiter Road, County Road
No. 242009, from M.P. 0.00 to M.P. 0.22 be improved as follows:
Resurface with Bituminous Surface Treatment.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted road fund
budget and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purpose shown:
