RESOLUTION NO. 94-94
Removing weight restriction on
Railroad Overcrossing, Bridge
No. 19E.
WHEREAS an engineering study to determine the load carrying capacity of the
Railroad Overcrossing, Bridge No. 19E, located at Mile Post 0.81 on South Discovery Road,
County Road No. 601508, has been completed; and
WHEREAS said engineering study concludes that said bridge is structurally sufficient
to carry 1ega110ads; and
WHEREAS Resolution No. 49-85 established weight limits on said bridge; and
WHEREAS Chapter 47.48 RCW authorizes establishing and removing weight
restrictions on bridges;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the weight restriction be removed from the Railroad
Overcrossing, Bridge No. 19E, and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Department is hereby directed
to remove the posted weight limits on said bridge.
