RESOLUTION NO. 115-94
Intent to Establish
A County Road:
Critter Lane

WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of County
Commissioners that it is in the public interest to maintain as a part of the County Road
System:
That road known as Critter Lane (m.p. 0.00 to 0.16), being 60 feet wide and
lying in Section 8, Township 30 North, Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian, more
descriptively shown on attached "Exhibit A" ,
and in contemplation of the language of Statute RC.W.36.81.01O,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board of County
Commissioners does now declare its intention to establish said road, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Engineer is hereby directed
to examine said road and report his opinion as to whether this road is practicable, as
to the necessity of the road, as to the proper terminal points, general course and
length thereof, and all other facts, matters and things which will be of importance to
the Board; and that such reports be filed as soon as possible.
