WHEREAS, the Jefferson county Board of Commissioners has been
petitioned to change the name of Buck Run, a certain private road located
in the plat of Edgewood village (formerly Deer Hollow) in Sections 16, 17,
20 & 21, Township 28 North, Range 1 East, W.M., to Edgewood Drive, as
shown on attached Exhibit "A", and
WHEREAS, the name is being changed to reflect the name on the face
of the plat, and
WHEREAS, a majority of property owners using said road are in
agreement regarding changing the name,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the road shall be changed to
Edgewood Drive.
