TO SELL SURPLUS
COUNTY REAL PROPERTY

RESOLUTION NO.123-94
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the County Commissioners of Jefferson County to dispose
of surplus real property, and
WHEREAS, Jefferson County has indicated a need to dispose of such surplus, as
indicated on the attached list of surplus real property for sale at public auction to be held on
December 16, 1994, attached and made a part of this Resolution, and
WHEREAS, RC.W. 36.34.020 requires that this intention should be published with a
Notice of Public Hearing regarding the disposal of any County real property,
NOw, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Commissioners of Jefferson County
that a Notice of Hearing shall be published as required by RCW 36.34.020 particularly describing
the real property proposed to be sold and designating the place where, the day and hour, when the
hearing will be held for such consideration.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE INTENTION OF JEFFERSON COUNTY
TO SELL SURPLUS COUNTY REAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners
will hold a public hearing on the 28th day of November, 1994 at 11 :30 a.m. in the
County Commissioner's Chambers, Jefferson County Courthouse, 1820 Jefferson
Street, Port Townsend, Washington, for the purpose of declaring their intention to
dispose of surplus County real property.
(SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A)
Your views for or against the sale of this surplus real property are invited by
attendance, representation, or letter.
