't'1 Ii e' LU i' c{ f)fA#'" 1..,).,,1/-0/</ STATE OF WASHINGTON COUNTY OF JEFFERSON In the Matter of x 1 . 131-94 Reso utlon No. The Exchange of Privately Owned Real Property For County Owned Real Property: x Port Townsend Business Park x x x WHEREAS, Jefferson County is the owner of certain real property containing approximately 1.67 acres, which is not necessary to the future foreseeable needs of the County, the description of which is set out as TRACT B on attached EXHIBIT "A"; and WHEREAS, PORT TOWNSEND BUSINESS PARK, a Washington partnership, is the owner of certain real property containing approximately 2,17 acres, the description of which is set out as TRACT A on attached EXHIBIT "A"; and WHEREAS, PORT TOWNSEND BUSINESS PARK is desirous of exchanging the property described as Tract" A" for the property described as Tract "B", and it appears that it is in the best interests of Jefferson County to exchange the said parcels of property; and WHEREAS, the exchange of County-owned real property for private property is authorized by \;he-~-eH:%-s., 1st E~.-Scss., Ch 1.LRCW 36.34.330; Å-1 I-( NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney should proceed to present this matter to the Superior Court for a public hearing and authorization to exchange the parcels of property described in Exhibit "A" herein.
