WHEREAS. 'the County Roads have been subjected to freezing

WHEREAS, the moderating temperatures will cause the ice to

NOW THEREFORE 8~ IT RRSOLVED THAT. to protect the invAstment
and to prevent damage to the roads, the roads are being signed with
