IN THE MATTER OF AN INCREASE
TO THE CASH BOX IN THE
HEALTH DEPARTMENT

RESOLUTION NO. 7-93
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Health Department has requested an
increase in their Cash Box in the amount of $80.00 established by Resolution No. 24-
92, to the sum of $120.00, to cover cash transactions in their office in a timely manner;
and
WHEREAS, it appears an increase as requested in the Health Department's
Cash Box by the sum of $40.00 is necessary in order to conduct the affairs of the
Environmental Health Section in a prompt and orderly manner; now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby
authorized to issue a Treasurer's check in the amount of $40.00 payable to the
Jefferson County Health Department for the purpose of increasing their Cash Box
balance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the subject matter hereof is one to
meet needs and this Resolution shall be in force and take effect without further notice
or hearing.
