IN THE MATTER OF AN INCREASE}
TO THE CASH BOX AMOUNT IN THE}
JEFFERSON COUNTY DISTRICT COURT}
RESOLUTION NO.
9-93
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County District Court has requested an increase
in their Cash Box amount of $100.00 established by Resolution No. 24-92, to the sum
of $250.00, to cover cash transactions in their office in a timely manner; and
WHEREAS, it appears an increase as requested in the District Court Cash
Box amount by the sum of $150.00 is necessary in order to conduct the affairs of the
District Court in a prompt and orderly manner; now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby
authorized to issue a Treasurer's check in the amount of $150.00 payable to the
Jefferson County District Court for the purpose of increasing their Cash Box balance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the subject matter hereof is one to
meet needs and this Resolution shall be in force and take effect without further notice
or hearing.

with the implementation of the DISCIS system, all clerks will be
required to have their own cash box, I would like begin this process
before the implementation so that it will be one less matter to deal
with at that time.
I will need $150.00 to set up 3 new cash drawers.
