USE OF CREDIT CARDS ON BEHALF OF}
JEFFERSON COUNTY IN COMPLIANCE}
WITH R.C.W. 42.24.115 }
RESOLUTION NO.la-93
WHEREAS, the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners finds that it
would be helpful to have the capability to use a business credit card to charge
authorized travel expenses and voucher out for that expense in time to pay the balance
due each month.
NOw, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Jefferson
County Commissioners that the Treasurer is hereby authorized to establish a credit card
account for Jefferson County at Seattle First National Bank per Contract for Banking
Services approved March 12, 1992.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that cards be issued for the following
elected officials and department heads:
Richard Wojt, Commissioner
Robert Hinton, Commissioner
Glen Huntingford, Commissioner
Gary Rowe, Public Works Director
David Goldsmith, Director of Community Services
Lois Smith, JuvenilelFamily Court Services Director

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that all County employees shall comply with
the requirements of R.C.W. 42.24.115 as it applies to purchases on Jefferson County
credit cards.
