Iht D T () /!. 1 -~-.L7::; STATE OF WASHINGTON County of Jefferson DIVIDING VOTING PRECINCTS 705, 706 AND 707, PORT TOWNSEND INTO SIX PRECINCTS 705, 706, 707, 710, 711, AND 712 } } } } RESOLUTION NO. 15-93 WHEREAS, Voting Precincts 70S-Port Townsend and 707-Port Townsend exceed the number of voters allowed by RCW 29.04.040, and WHEREAS, Voting Precinct 706-Port Townsend lies between Voting Precincts 705 and 707 and is approaching the maximum number of voters allowed by RCW 29.04.040, and WHEREAS, it is now deemed necessary to divide Precincts 705- Port Townsend, 706-Port Townsend, and 707-Port Townsend each into two (2) precincts, creating six (6) precincts, and WHEREAS, these precincts shall be designated as Precincts 705- Port Townsend, 706-Port Townsend, 707-Port Townsend, 710-Port Townsend, 711-Port Townsend, and 712-Port Townsend, the legal description of each precinct being hereby attached, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that these precincts be established and shall be effective no later than April 1, 1993. /) 1\-4 APPROVED this {7<c1 - day of February, 1993.
