WHEREAS, Voting Precinct 301-Chimacum exceeds the number of
voters allowed by RCW 29.04.040, and
WHEREAS, Voting Precinct 304-Irondale is approaching
maximum number of voters allowed by RCW 29.04.040, and
the
WHEREAS, Voting Precinct 103-Leland is within 3 voters of the
maximum number of voters allowed in a vote-by-mail precinct
according to RCW 29.36.120, and
WHEREAS, Voting Precinct 102-Port Discovery and 302-Center
have small numbers of voters residing wi thin different taxing
districts than the majority of the voters in said precincts, and
WHEREAS, it is now deemed necessary to divide Precincts 102-
Port Discovery, 103-Leland, 301-Chimacum, 302-Center, and 304-
Irondale pursuant to RCW 29.04.040 and RCW 29.04.050, thus amending
and creating nine (9) precincts, and
WHEREAS, these precincts shall be designated as Precincts 102-
Port Discovery, 103-Leland, 108-Tarboo, 109-Crocker Lake, 301-
Chimacum, 302-Center, 304-Kala Point, 305-Irondale, 306-Rhody,
the legal description of each precinct being hereby attached,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that these precincts be
established and shall be effective no later than April 1, 1993.

VOTER PRECINCT NO. 102
Voter precinct No. 102 is hereby amended and described as follows:
Those portions of Section 7 and Section 18 lying westerly of Discovery Bay; all of Section 29 and Section 30; all
in Township 29 North, Range 1 West, W,M.; AND
That portion of Section 9 lying easterly of the Jefferson County-Clallam County line; all of Sections 10, 11, 12,
13,14, and 15; those portions of Section 16 and Section 21 lying easterly of the Jefferson County-Clallam County
line; all of Sections 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, and 27; that portion of Section 28 lying easterly of the Jefferson County-
Clallam County line; all in Township 29 North, Range 2 West, W,M.;
Said precinct being encompassed by the following boundary:
BEGINNING at the northeast section corner of Section 29, Township 29 North, Range 1 West, W,M.;
THENCE west along the north section line of Section 29 and Section 30 to the northwest section corner of
Section 30, being a point on the range line common to Range 1 West, W.M. and Range 2 West, W,M.;
THENCE north along the range line to the meander line in Discovery Bay:
THENCE north on a line crossing Discovery Bay to a point where the range line intersects the meander line
