WHEREAS, the following roads have been established to be County Roads; and
WHEREAS, the following roads are to be maintained at public expense; and
WHEREAS, the Official County Road Log is filed in the County Engineer's
Office;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Engineer is hereby directed
to make the following additions to the Official County Road Log:

SUBJECf:
Acceptance of Martingale Place and Topside Court
Attached please find the final inspection report for construction of the above named
roads. These are platted dedicated public streets in Bayview Village #3, I recommend
the Board of County Commissioners accept Martingale Place and Topside Court as
county-maintained roads and place them on the Jefferson County Road Log.

Final inspection of roads in Bayview Village, Martingale PI. and Topside Ct.
Re:
Robert Nesbitt and I inspected the aforementioned roads for conformance with the
County requirements, prior to final acceptance of the roads into the County road system. The
roads are substantially complete. There were a few roller cracks in localized areas that Ray
Welch, Pope Resources, said he would have repaired later today, Mr. Nesbitt stated that after
the cracks were repaired, the roads could be accepted by the County.

I inspected the aforementioned roads for conformance with the County requirements,
prior to final acceptance of the roads into the County road system, The roads are complete.
The roller cracks mentioned in the Feb. 4, 1993 report have been repaired and a
monument that had been left below grade has been raised to grade,
