Resolution No. 46-93
WHEREAS, Jefferson County, a municipal corporation, owns certain real property described
as follow:
West 3 feet of Lot 3. Block 42 of the Plat of Port Townsend Original Townsite. as recorded
in Page 1. Volume 1. Records of the Auditor of Jefferson County. Washington; and
WHEREAS, RCW 36.34.290 provides for dedication of county land for public use in any city
or town; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has determined that it is in the best
interests of the public.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the County shall dedicate to the public the
west 3' of Lot 3 of Block 42 of the Plat of Port Townsend Original Townsite.
