Resolution No. 47-93
WHEREAS, the following road has been established to be a County Road; and
WHEREAS, the following road is maintained at public expense; and
WHEREAS, the Official County Road Log is filed in the County Engineer's Office;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Engineer is hereby directed to make
the following addition and correction to the Official County Road Log:

DESCRIPTION -- a brief description of the agenda item:
Please include project, road, contract, grant, etc. number if one is available for the Commissioners' Index.
There are 2 resolutions for updating the Official County Road Log. The
first one corrects a road number for a road that has already been adopted
by the County (Topside Court), and adds Springwood Drive to the log.
These roads are both in the Pt. Ludlow area the County has accepted the
plats. The second resolution updates the official log of county-maintained
roads, adding new roads and deleting those roads which have been
transferred to other agencies. [See attached memo from Scott Kilmer
detailing these changes.]
