Changing the Name
Of a Private Road
Skywater Drive

WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has been petitioned to
change the name of Vista Grande Drive, a certain private road located in Skywater Large
Lot Subdivision in Section 19, Township 29 North, Range 1 East, W.M., as shown on
attached Exhibit "A", and
WHEREAS, a majority of property owners using said road are in agreement
regarding the name, and
WHEREAS, said proposed name does not conflict with any other road name on
the 911 system,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the road shall be named Skywater
Drive.
