WHEREAS, William Meyer, hereinafter LICENSEE, holds Jefferson
County License to Use Right of Way No. 2-86, permitting use of a portion of the
right of way of platted Colwell Street; and
WHEREAS, LICENSEE'S interest in certain lots adjoining the right of way
has been transferred by LICENSEE and he no longer holds title or lease to said
lots,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that as of this date William
Meyer's authorization, granted under Jefferson County License to Use Right of
Way No. 2-86, to use the portion of platted Colwell Street being 60 feet in width
and 120 feet in length lying between Lots 28 through 30, Block 24, and Lots 1
through 3, Block 25 of the plat of Chalmers No.2 is terminated.
