In the Matter of
AMENDING a
License to Use Right of Way
Hiller Drive
Licensee Alyce Clogston Carmichael
WHEREAS, Alyce Carmichael, hereinafter LICENSEE, holds Jefferson
County License to Use Right of Way No. 1-7-92, permitting use of a portion of
the right of way of platted Hiller Drive in the plat of Hiller's Waterfront Tracts;
and
WHEREAS, the owners of Lot 10 of the plat of Taylor's Terrace have
objected to continued use of the right of way adjacent to their property based on
a concern for access; and
WHEREAS, LICENSEE has requested that the owners of the property
adjacent to the remaining right of way encompassed by the license have no
objection to continuance of the license; and
WHEREAS, a common approach exists to Hiller Drive allowing the
LICENSEE to access the remaining right of way subject to the proposed
amendment of the license;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that as of this date Alyce
Carmichael's authorization, granted under Jefferson County License to Use
Right of Way No. 1-7-92, to use a portion of platted Hiller Drive be amended
to encompass only the following described area:
That portion of untraveled, platted Hiller Drive being 30 feet in length
lying southerly of the extended south boundary of Lot 10 of Taylor's
Terrace as recorded at Page 9, Volume 4 of Plats, records of Jefferson
County, Washington.
