Intent to Establish
County Roads:
Seagull Way and Stadium Lane

WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of County Commissioners
that it is in the public interest to maintain as a part of the County Road System:
Those roads known as Seagull Way (m.p. 0.00 to 0.14), and Stadium Lane (m.p. 0.00 to
0.10) lying in Section 11, T. 29 N., R 1 W., W.M.
and in contemplation of the language of Statute RC.W. 36.81.010,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board of County Commissioners does
now declare its intention to establish said roads, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Engineer is hereby directed to
examine said roads and report his opinion as to all facts, matters and things which will be of
importance to the Board; and that such report be filed as soon as possible.
