Amending an Existing Short}
Plat so as not to Duplicate }
an Existing Plat Name }
RESOLUTION NO.IO6-93
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners and applicable
county departments have approved the Robinson Short Plat (SP03-92), and
WHEREAS, the Robinson Short Plat was recorded with the Jefferson
County Auditor on July 28, 1993 under AFN 362550, Page 31, Volume 3 of Short
Plats, and
WHEREAS, there already exists a Robinson Short Plat filed under AFN
312630, Page 106, Volume 2 of Short Plats, and
WHEREAS, amending the Robinson Short Plat (SPO3-92) to read "Charles
Robinson Short Plat (SP03-92) Amended will rectify the duplication of title.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL VED that the Robinson Short Plat
(SP03-92) be retitled the "Charles Robinson Short Plat", and an amended plat mylar
rerecorded with the Jefferson County Auditor.
