IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that
0.00 to M.P. 0.60 Road Log No.
Teal Lake Road Improvement M.P.
505309 ,be improved as follows:
Reconstruct the first 0.6 of a mile of the Teal Lake Road by widening,
grading, draining and surfacing with asphalt concrete pavement as per
agreement with Pope Resources, Inc.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the
officially adopted road fund budget and based on the County
Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purpose
shown:

The construction is to be accomplished by contract in accordance
with R.C.W. 36.77.020 et. seq.
The construction is to be accomplished by county forces in
accordance with R.C.W. 36.77.060 and W.A.C. 136.18.
