WHEREAS, one-half of the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney's salary is paid by
the State of Washington in accordance with R.C.W. 36.17.020; and
WHEREAS, the Washington State Treasurer requires documentation of the salary
established as a basis for payment of the State's share of the Jefferson County Prosecuting
Attorney's salary; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOL VED, that the salary for the ~efferson County Prosecuting Attorney for
calendar year 1992 is forty seven thousand one hundreq and fifty dollars and no/100 ($47,150.00)
effective as of January 1, 1992.
