'0" o~, o ..-~"~~nCPUT¡ In the matter of x RESOLUTION NO, 17 -9 2 Vacation of a Portion of Platted Clover Street and Certain Alleys and Lot Lines in Captain Tibbals Lake Park x x x x WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has reviewed a road vacation petition submitted by James Maupin and Nora Petrich; and WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners held a public hearing on the road vacation petition on August 19, 1991; and WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners considered testimony of the public, comments from applicable departments, agencies and offices, and recommendation from the Jefferson County Public Works Department and Jefferson County Planning Commission at the public hearing; and WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners determined at the public hearing that the public will benefit from the vacation of a portion of the road and such vacation complies with the Jefferson County Comprehensive Plan and other applicable plans, policies or ordinances; and WHEREAS, compensation required pursuant to RCW 36.87.120 and Jefferson County Road Vacation Ordinance No. 3-85 has been met, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following be vacated and abandoned pursuant to RCW 36.87.140 and Jefferson County Road Vacation Ordinance No. 3-85: that portion of platted Clover Street being 60 feet in width and 270 feet in length lying between Blocks 17 and 18 in the Supplementary Plat of Captain Tibbals Lake Park Addition, as recorded in Volume 2, Page 3 of Plats, records of. Jefferson County, Washington State; also those platted alleys being 16 feet in width and 550 feet in total length lying in Blocks 17 and 18 of said plat; also the lot lines between Lots 1 through 5 in both Blocks 17 and 18 of said plat.
