RESOLUTION NO. 22-92
WHEREAS, Voting Precinct 203-Coyle, located on the Coyle Peninsula has too
many voters to qualify for a Vote-By-Mail Precinct per RCW 29.36.120, and
WHEREAS, Precinct 203-Coyle, has no polling place available that is accessible
according to the standards for the elderly and handicapped, and
WHEREAS, it is now deemed necessary to divide Precinct 203-Coyle into two
(2) Vote-By-Mail precincts, and
WHEREAS, these precincts shall be designated as Precinct 200-Coyle I and
203-Coyle ", the legal description of each precinct being hereby attached, Attachment
A is Precinct 200-Coyle I and Attachment B is Precinct 203-Coyle II,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that these precincts be established and
shall be effective no later than April 1, 1992.

Beginning at the Northwest corner of Section 18, Township 27 North, Range 1 East,
W,M., said corner also being on the Willamette Meridian; thence westerly along the south
lines of Sections 12, 11, 10, and 9, Twp. 27 N., Rge. 1 W" W.M., to the center north-
south axis of Dabob Bay; thence southerly along said north-south axis to the westerly
projection of the south line of the south one-half of the north 660 feet of Government Lot 3
of Section 32, Twp. 26 N" Rge. 1 W" W.M.; thence easterly along said south line to the
