RESOLUTION NO. 27-92
Repealing and Revoking Certian
Licenses to Use Right of Way

WHEREAS, Jefferson County transferred certain county road rights of way to the
Washington State Department of Transportation effective 1 April, 1992; and
WHEREAS, among those rights of way are Beaver VAlley Road, County Road No.
941507, and Flagler Road, County Road No. 952707; and
WHEREAS, Peter and Glenda Geerloffs hold Jefferson County License to Use
Right of Way No.1-9-87, and Esther Helga Thurlow holds Jefferson County License to Use
Right of Way NoA-86 permitting use of the right of way of Flagler Road; and J.W. &
Deanna Kamp hold Jefferson County License to Use Right of Way No,1-87 permitting use
of the right of way of Beaver Valley Road; and
WHEREAS, notice was made 90 days in advance in writing to the Geerloffs,
Thurlow, and the Kamps that due to the transfer of the rights of way from Jefferson County
to the State of Washington said permission to use the rights of way would be termindated
and become invalid as of April 1, 1992;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that as of April 1, 1992, Jefferson County
Licenses to Use Right of Way Nos. 1-9-87 and 4-86 are terminated in full.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as of April 1, 1992, that portion of Jefferson
County License to Use Right of Way No. 4-86 granting permission to the licensee to use
the right of way of Beaver Valley Road is revoked.
