IN THE MATTER OF ESTABLISHING
A CASH DRAWER AMOUNT FOR THE
ANIMAL SERVICES SHELTER

RESOLUTION NO.
36-92
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Animal Services has requested the
amount of $20.00 to make change for cash transactions at the Animal Shelter; and
WHEREAS, it appears this amount is necessary in order to conduct the
affairs of the Shelter in a prompt and orderly manner; now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby
authorized to issue a Treasurer's check in the amount of $20.00 payable to Jefferson
County Animal Service, for the purpose of establishing the Animal Shelter cash drawer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the subject matter hereof is one to
meet needs and this Resolution shall be in force and take effect without further notice
or hearing.
