WHEREAS, planned construction work on Teal Lake Road, County Road No. 505309,
shall cause interruption and unavoidable delays to traffic, and
WHEREAS, as potential hazard exists to the motoring public and the construction
workers, and
WHEREAS, alternate routes are available to the motoring public, and
WHEREAS, Chapter 47.48 RC.W, authorized closure of roads, and
WHEREAS, Resolution 14-92 temporarily restricted the traffic on Teal Lake Rd. from
March 16, 1992 to May 15, 1992, and
WHEREAS, no restriction was implemented in this time period because the construction
activities were not underway,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that said Teal Lake Road from milepost 0.14 to milepost
1.48 be closed to all traffic, commencing on June 8, 1992, and terminating July 17, 1992, or
until such earlier date that it is determined to be safe for traffic, and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the closure shall extend from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m. Monday through Friday only, except for holidays, said road shall remain open to traffic.
