WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has been petitioned to change the name of
Springwood Drive, a Private Road located in Section 17, Township 28 North, Range 1 East, WM., as shown
on attached Exhibit "A", and
WHEREAS, a majority of property owners using said road are in agreement regarding the name,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the road shall be named Creekside Drive.
