ENGINEER'S REPORT OF EXAMINATION
STATE OF WASHINGTON
COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
In the matter of the petition of Gene Hubbard for the vacation of
"R" Avenue and "0" Avenue in Ingersoll's Addition:
To the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners
The County Engineer of Jefferson County, has examined the county rights of way known
as "0" Avenue adjoining Lots 1 and 2 of Block 1 of Ingersoll's Addition as recorded in
Volume 2, Page 5 of Plats, records of Jefferson County, Washington, and "R" Avenue
adjoining lots 7 and 8 of said block in said plat, and petitioned by
Gene Hubbard to be vacated and abandoned, and herewith submits the following report
thereon:
This street was platted on May 9, 1889, in the plat of
Ingersoll's Addition. There has never been a road constructed on this right of
way, nor has it been opened for public use, since it was platted; it is therefore
vacated by statute. It is recommended the Board of County Commissioners
concur with statutory vacation.
Respectfully submitted,
~~
Board of County Commissioners Engineer
